• Our first session is really about getting to know you. We’ll talk about what’s been on your heart and mind, what you hope to get out of therapy, and anything that feels important to share. I may ask a few gentle questions about your background and what life looks like for you right now, but there’s no rush- you get to set the pace. My intention is to create a caring, supportive space where you can begin to feel understood and at ease.

  • The timeline for therapy looks different for everyone. Some clients come with a specific concern and feel ready to move forward after a few months, while others choose to continue for longer to deepen their growth and healing. We’ll work together to determine the pace and duration that best fits your needs whether that’s short-term focus or ongoing support over time.

  • I offer in-person sessions in Denver and virtual therapy for clients across Colorado.

  • Self-pay 53 minute psychotherapy sessions are $125.

  • Life happens, and sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full session cost, except in emergency situations.
